Abstract: This color illustrated postcard depicts a patriotic WWI scene. A nurse, wearing a long white uniform with red crosses on the front and on the cap, stands at the rear holding a large Italian flag as a backdrop. In front of her, a soldier of the Bersaglieri corps advances forward. He is wearing a green uniform and the distinctive wide brimmed hat with black capercaillie feathers. He carries a rifle with fixed bayonet. In front of him is Cupid carrying a drum and riding a lion.
