The USDA RD Business & Industry Guaranteed Loan in FY 2020 assisted the Modular Home Manufacturing Facility (the loan under the name of Good Monsters) loan guarantee from Collegiate Peaks/Glacier Bank RD Funding for $11,922,944. The money was used for construction of and equipment for a modular home manufacturing plant in Buena Vista, CO. The plant building is approximately 110,000 square feet. The innovative machinery, talented production builders and a climate-controlled environment, allows the factory to be key in providing strong, efficient pre-built housing at affordable prices for mountain communities.
