Threshing wheat on Beerman's ranch at Emblem, Wyoming. He has about 160 acres (quarter section), about forty-three in wheat, the rest in oats, beans, and alfalfa. This year he is getting between fifty-five and sixty bushels per acre, whereas ordinarily he gets about forty bushels wheat per acre.
