Carved animals on the refurbished Looff Carousel in Spokane, Washington's Riverfront Park. The carousel, built by Charles Looff as a wedding gift for his daughter, began operation at an amusement park in town that closed in 1967, but it returned to service for the Expo '74 World's Fair in Spokane at Riverfront Park. The rides closed again for two years while they received a new glass surrounding to protect it from the elements before reopening in 2018.
