Six months after Hurricane Maria, only a small portion of El Yunque National Forest, Puerto Rico, is available to the public.
Elsewhere, in the park contractors are working to get the forest ready for visitors throughout. Many landslides throughout the forest wiped out roads to varying degrees, closing access to much of the more popular areas.
