Luber is a CH-53 crew chief with Marine Medium Tiltrotor squadron 365 (Reinforced), 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit. He and the crew of his helicopter delivered over 1,000 pounds of food to the commune. The 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, under Joint Task Force Matthew, assisted government and non-government organizations in providing humanitarian aid to Haiti in the storms wake.
