A doctor performs minor surgery in order to remove a lymphatic cyst at the Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al'Nahya Hospital in Mogadishu, Somalia, on August 6. While the hospital is not equipped to perform major surgeries at the moment, it aims to have this capability by the end of the year when it opens up its main hospital.
