A government delegation today visited the city of Belet Weyne, Somalia, in order to investigate rumours of a Cholera outbreak in which 12 people have died and another 400 people are being hospitalized for. The delegation concluded, however, that while there is the possibility of Cholera in the region, it is Acute Watery Diarrhea that is responsible for the majority of hospitalizations.
