Traffic Bangkok.
There are more than 7.5 million registered vehicles on the roads of Bangkok, almost one for every resident of a city of nine million people. It is often called “rush hour”, only it lasts most of the day. Trucks, tractors, buses, motorcycles, sedans, auto rickshaws make Bangkok a long-standing poster-child for urban gridlock. The city of 11 million is driving itself to a standstill as this congestion is expected to get a lot worse in 2013. Original public domain image from Flickr
