District Officer's Introductory Course
Major Dana Savage, Deputy Chief of Staff, Baltimore District, visits Caven Point Marine Terminal as part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Learning Center's District Officer’s Introductory Course (DOIC) during the week of Feb. 22, 2016. 45 military personnel, including six Baltimore District officers, attended the course, which covers USACE basics and gives incoming personnel a foundation to assist them with their tour of duty in USACE.
