Nighttime levee work across H Street Bridge ending
Nighttime lane closures across Sacramento, California's H Street Bridge are scheduled to be complete Jan. 26, 2015. Access detours near the bridge will remain in place, as American River levee work on both sides of the bridge continues into mid-year. Crews are improving the levee there with a seepage cutoff wall, designed to prevent water from seeping through and underneath the levee. (U.S. Army photo by Todd Plain/Released).
