Spc. Felipe Garcia, a heavy equipment operator for the 18th Engineer Brigade, 15th Engineer Battalion, and also cadre for the Expert Field Medical Badge competition in Grafenwoehr, Germany, initializes his military GPS for a night of land navigation, Sept. 8. Cadre are positioned at each of the testing lanes to oversee the candidates while they compete. More than 300 cadre and support personnel have been working with the EFMB event since Aug. 26.
