WASHINGTON (April 7, 2020) ¬— Post crash view of school bus involved in the Oct. 30, 2018, Rochester, Indiana, crash involving four students who were crossing a high-speed road to board a school bus. The photo taken on Oct. 30, 2018, is the Thomas Built school bus in low light conditions in its position on northbound SR-25 at the time of the crash.
