January 15, 2013 - Carefully tending to surface supplied diver
Underwater, an EPA diver was working to retrieve samples from the bottom of the Duwamish River. Those lines you see in red, black, and yellow, are their lifelines connecting them to air at the surface.
Working with surface supplied air, instead of scuba tanks, allows for more time to work safely underwater.
