The Thunderer, a 10,495-foot peak in the northeast section of Yellowstone National Park in the Absaroka Range of the Northern Rockies. The Thunderer was named by members of the Arnold Hague Geological Survey of 1885 for it propensity to attract thunderstorms. Original image from Carol M.
