Temperatures in the area have been peaking around 105 degrees this week. Members of Border Patrol Search, Trauma, and Rescue (BORSTAR) have been strategically deployed to high-traffic areas to assist in the humanitarian challenges presented by the dramatic increase of migrants crossing into the U.S. this year.
