During Marine Week, the midshipmen receive Marine Corps Orientation familiarizing themselves with the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP), weapons, and the O-Course. CORTAMID is a program that pulls second and third class scholarship midshipmen from various Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) programs to receive surface, submarine, aviation and Marine Corps orientation.
