FD Student Chef Team
The Fort Drum Student Chef team practices a run-through of their menu at the Fort Drum Culinary Arts Center. Since the beginning of May, five culinary specialists from across the 10th Mountain Division (LI) have reported daily to the Fort Drum Culinary Arts Center with the goal of creating a championship-winning menu for the 2021 American Culinary Federation (ACF) National Competition in Orlando, Florida.
